However, we are committed to resolving any product-related issues promptly and fairly.

🧾 Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We’ll gladly issue a refund or reshipment under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product or variant (e.g. wrong color or size)

  • Your package is missing or shows as delivered but not received

  • Your item did not arrive within 45 business days

Exceptions may apply in case of customs delays or remote delivery areas.

  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

  • Your order number and email address

⏰ Submission Timeline

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • If your item has not arrived within 45 business days, reach out to us
    (Shipping to remote areas or during peak periods may take up to 60 days.)

🚫 What’s Not Covered

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays under 45 business days

  • Size or fit issues (please check the size chart before purchasing)
